Arianna El Haloui joined MCN as a Programs Coordinator in December 2023. Graduating with a B.A. in Communications and Nonprofit Studies from Pace University in 2021, Arianna's journey from her native California roots, deeply embedded in the Mexican American community, has shaped her dedication to serving marginalized groups. Her passions include empowering newly arrived and immigrant communities, supporting survivors of injustice and violence, and community organizing. Prior to joining MCN, Arianna honed her skills working directly with survivors of violence and injustice within the Muslim community, where she facilitated a diverse range of programs.
