Hasib Uddin’s Biography
MD Hasib Uddin joined MCN as a Case Manager in September 2024. Born in Bangladesh and raised with strong South Asian roots, Hasib graduated with a B.S. in Information Systems from CUNY School of Professional Studies in 2024 and also completed an A.S. in Computer Science from Borough of Manhattan Community College. His extensive background in social services, including previous experience as a Case Manager at DHS – Samaritan Daytop Village, has shaped his dedication to supporting individuals in need.
Prior to joining MCN, Hasib worked directly with the Department of Homeless Services (DHS), where he assisted clients living in shelters by addressing their social service needs, helping them access HRA benefits, and securing permanent housing through CityFHEPS vouchers. His passion for helping others was ignited in 2006 when Dr. Muhammad Yunus won the Nobel Peace Prize, inspiring Hasib's commitment to community service.
Hasib enjoys empowering vulnerable populations, advocating for long-term client success, and ensuring the highest standards of care and confidentiality. Outside of his work, he loves to travel and explore different cultures and customs, deepening his connection with diverse communities around the world.
